Check in & Check out
Check-in begins at 5:00 PM, but you are welcome to arrive at any time after that. Our sites are equipped with key boxes that allow you to check in on your own and enter the premises as late as you like. Check-out is at 11:00 AM on the morning of your chosen departure date.

Whenever possible, we do our best to extend your stay by offering early check-in or late check-out at no extra charge. However, these are exceptions and are subject to the availability of the housekeeping staff and the arrival of other guests.

Payment options
Payments are made by credit card through our booking calendar. Payments are processed by Stripe, which encrypts your data and ensures that payments are completely secure. Reservations must be paid in full in advance to confirm a date, but may be refunded depending on the refund policy (below).

Booking confirmation
All reservation requests are processed within 24 hours of your payment, after which you will receive an email allowing you to select any additional services, if applicable.

Payback period
You can cancel your reservation up to 7 days before your arrival and receive a full refund, no questions asked. If you need to cancel your reservation within 7 days of your arrival, we will try to find other guests for the dates you originally booked. If we are successful, we will issue you a voucher for another night at one of our sites.
